Last week I had the privilege of attending and speaking at the Changed Agents Awards — an experience that was genuinely humbling before the night even began. To be in a room full of inspiring real estate professionals, sharing stories of growth, change and hard-won lessons, was already a career highlight.
Then they called my name.

The Changed Agents Award celebrates real estate agents who implement small, strategic changes within their own operations that lead to major business turnarounds and measurable growth. It's not about overnight success, it's about the quiet, deliberate decisions that compound over time.
That description felt personal. Because that's exactly what this past year has been for me.
Going independent, launching Coralie Reid Real Estate, rebuilding from the ground up on my own terms — none of it was without challenge. But every decision was intentional, and seeing it recognised in this way means more than I can put into words.
None of this happens alone.
